Our Lansing office is located in the Boji Tower at 124 W. Allegan, Suite 1000. This 23-story brick building has long been a downtown Lansing landmark. The building is on the corner of Allegan Street and Capitol Avenue, directly across from the Capitol building. Please take the elevator to the 10th floor.
PARKING: Park in the Tower Parking ramp located across the street from our building and the Capitol Building (corner of Capitol Avenue and Allegan Street). Please bring in your parking stub and the receptionist will gladly validate it for you.

If you are coming from WITHIN the Greater Lansing area, please follow these directions to the Boji Tower and the Tower Parking Ramp:
From the North - take Capitol Ave. south to the ramp
From the South - take any route to 496, then exit at Walnut, heading north to Allegan, then east on Allegan to the ramp
From the East - take either Oakland to Capitol Avenue, then south to the ramp.
From the West - take Saginaw to Capitol Avenue, then south to the ramp.
If you are coming from OUTSIDE the Greater Lansing area, please follow these directions:
Coming from the East via I-96:
Take I-96 West to I-496/U.S. 127 (Exit 106). Go north on I-496/U.S. 127; following I-496 West (Downtown) to the Pine/Walnut Streets exit. Turn right on Walnut Street and take Walnut Street north to Allegan Street. Turn right on Allegan and take Allegan Street east to the Tower Parking Ramp at Allegan and Capitol Avenue. There is also metered street parking nearby.
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION NOTE:
Please note that road construction has temporarily closed U.S. 127 North to I-496 West. For the time being, please take I-96
West to the Cedar/Pennsylvania Street exits. Go north on Pennsylvania to Kalamazoo St. Turn left (west) on Kalamazoo; turn right on Walnut Street; turn right on Allegan and proceed to the Tower Parking Ramp at Allegan and Capitol Ave. There is also metered street parking nearby.
Coming from the West via I-96:
Take I-96 East to I-496/U.S. 127 (Exit 95). Go east on I-496 to the Pine/Walnut Streets exit. Turn left on Walnut Street and take Walnut Street north to Allegan Street. Turn right on Allegan Street and take Allegan Street east to the Tower Parking Ramp at Allegan and Capitol Avenue. There is also metered street parking nearby.
Coming from Flint:
Take I-69 to U.S. 127 South (Follow the signs toward Jackson). Take U.S. 127 South to I-496. Go west on I-496 to the Pine/Walnut Streets exit.Turn right on Walnut Street and take Walnut Street north to Allegan Street. Turn right on Allegan Street and take Allegan Street east to the Tower Parking Ramp at Allegan and Capitol Avenue. There is also metered street parking nearby.
Coming from the North via U.S. 27:
Take U.S. 27 South to U.S. 127 (Follow the signs toward Jackson.) Take U.S. 127 South to I-496. Take /U.S. 127. Go west on I-496 to the Pine/Walnut Streets exit. Coming from Capital City Airport:
Exit the Capital City Airport by turning Left onto N. Grand River Avenue. Go approximately 2 miles. Bear right on W. Grand River for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn Left on W. Grand River Avenue again for about a block, then Turn Right on Capitol Avenue and proceed approximately 1 mile to W. Allegan. The Boji Tower is on the N.E. corner of Capitol Avenue and Allegan Street. Park in the Boji Tower Parking Ramp on the S.W. corner of Capitol and Allegan. Metered parking is also available.

Our Detroit office is located in the heart of Detroit's Central Business District at One Woodward Avenue, directly across from the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. It is within walking distance of the Cobo Conference and Convention Center. The One Woodward Avenue building is a 28-story high-rise that overlooks the Detroit River.
