Michael P. Donnelly, is a shareholder in the Detroit office of the law firm of Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C. Mr. Donnelly graduated from Michigan State University in 1988. He was awarded the Jerome P. Cavanagh Scholarship to attended the University of Detroit School of Law. After graduating in 1991, he has concentrated his practice in the area of commercial litigation and antitrust and trade regulation. Mr. Donnelly has represented a variety of clients on antitrust and trade regulation issues ranging from international anti-dumping matters to cross-industry collaborations. He is currently antitrust counsel for the automotive division of an international metal manufacturers association.

Scott D. Stoner is an attorney in the Detroit office of the law firm of Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C. Mr. Stoner graduated from Indiana University and the University of Toledo College of Law. Since graduation, Mr. Stoner has concentrated his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property and trade regulation. Mr. Stoner has successfully represented clients in matters involving dealer terminations, territory restrictions and various trade regulation issues.

Mark R. Fox, a shareholder with Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C., joined the firm in 1986, and is currently Chairman of the firm's Litigation Department.  Mr. Fox  practices in the areas of commercial litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, and constitutional law. A former newspaper and radio reporter, Mr. Fox has served as a political advisor to numerous candidates for national and state office, including both of Michigan's United States Senators, Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow.  He also served on various State Bar of Michigan antitrust committees, and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.  Mr. Fox is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1986), and the University of Vermont (B.A., 1975).

Iris K. Linder, a shareholder with Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C., joined the firm in 1980, and is currently chair of the firm's Business Department.  Her areas of expertise include intellectual property and license agreements from a transactional and planning perspective.  She also has an active venture capital practice.  She has been honored by the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce with the 1993 Small Business Advocate of the Year Award and the 1992 Tireless Award and is listed in Who's Who in American Women, Who's Who of Emerging Leaders, Who's Who of Professionals.  Ms. Linder was educated at the University of Michigan Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1980), the University of Kansas and Michigan State University (B.S., with high honors, 1976).

David E. S. Marvin is the chairman of the Firm's Administrative and Governmental Law Department, where his practice includes a wide range of competition-related cases involving regulated industries, as well as lobbying work pertaining to Michigan's antitrust laws. Mr. Marvin has represented some of Michigan's leading corporations and associations in connection with hundreds of cases before administrative agencies and in various courts at the state and federal levels. Mr. Marvin received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from the Wayne State University Law School. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and The Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is also a past chairman and current board member of the State Capital Law Firm Group.
