Having formed the first licensed HMO in Michigan, Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C. is also well-acquainted with the issues facing managed care organizations and their position within the health care delivery system. We possess significant background in the critical area of reimbursement, as well as industry specific functions, such as: certification, licensing, certificates of need, risk management and the pervasive compliance obligations unique to health care systems and providers, as well as defense of professional liability cases. We also possess an unusual level of inside experience with regard to governance and compliance of health care organizations, both non-profit and for-profit.
