Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap P.C.’s attorneys represent creditors in matters involving collections of monies owed on accounts receivable, secured and unsecured loans, liens and claims made in bankruptcy. Our attorneys regularly appear on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan in both consumer and commercial bankruptcies.  They handle matters involving minor and major collection litigation, bankruptcy preference litigation, landlord - tenant litigation, garnishments, construction lien litigation, land contract and mortgage foreclosures. Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C. attorneys have protected their creditor clients' rights in literally thousands of bankruptcies filed throughout the State of Michigan.  Fraser attorneys know each judges' practice requirements, electronic filing requirements, the local bankruptcy rules of each District and how they are implemented.  This knowledge provides our clients with aggressive, fast and cost-effective service.

The Firm is the Michigan representative to the State Capital Group (SCG), an organization of law firms, one each from each of the capital cities of the 50 states, the provincial capitals of Canada, and other key cities throughout the world which practice independently and not in a relationship for the joint practice of law. Through our membership in this network, our attorneys can help clients collect money from debtors in other states by referring them to an affiliated member of the SCG.  This membership also assists the firm in referring out-of-state bankruptcy matters to attorneys with expertise in the geographical area where the bankruptcy was filed.
